The original kitchen in this client’s house was dark and lacked storage space.  They knocked down the wall between their existing kitchen and living room to create a bright, open plan area.  They had a toddler and another baby on the way when they started looking at our kitchens so the Rotpunkt Zerox HPL finger-print-proof door was perfect for them.

They already had an island in their existing kitchen which worked well, so they were keen on an island again but this time they wanted the sink and hob on the island.  We incorporated the dishwasher into the island as well.  The clients were keen on going for a real oak floor so the Rotpunkt Old Wild Oak laminate worktop tied in perfectly.  We stacked the oven and combination microwave in a tall unit to free up worktop space.  Two pull out larders and a larder with internal drawers means there is plenty of accessible storage and the drawers under the hob have a hidden top drawer for their cutlery.  Going for a white, handleless door style in the new kitchen and knocking down the wall really opened up the space and now it looks fresh, clean and modern.
