Design & Installation

Upon choosing John Willox Kitchen Design to supply your new kitchen, what follows is the beginning of a well-structured and carefully managed process. Following your commission, your order will be placed and monitored every step of the way by our dedicated team. During the week of your installation, you can be assured that we will be dealing with only a small number of other projects at the same time as yours and will personally be on hand to support the process. For many of our clients this aspect of our service proves to be the one they value most highly.

At John Willox Kitchen Design we are able to offer different options for your kitchen installation. We recognise that everyone’s homes and personal circumstances are different and that one size definitely does not fit all! With this in mind, we are very flexible and try our very best to cater for your individual requirements.

Our Process

Consultation

To get a genuine feel for the space we’re working with, we will visit you at your home (at your convenience) and conduct a site survey along with all the necessary measurements. If you have your own dimensions, feel free to bring them in. Our friendly staff will answer any questions you may have at this stage also.

Design & Create

We combine technical knowledge with practical knowledge and use computer aided and manual techniques to create a design which fits your vision. Every one person has different tastes, styles, requirements and budgets, so designs can be completely personalised to suit your individual needs. We will seek your input at this phase, and sign off when you are entirely happy.

Building & Installation

Our experienced installers will arrive on the date agreed with you and begin the installation process. If you have a kitchen to remove this will be done first, and the site will then be completely cleared. Our installers will then fit your new kitchen with care and precision, making sure that the job is complete professionally and in its entirety.
